Tip:

Advertisements, associated advertising fees, and articles are due the 20th of each month for the upcoming month’s CTDS publication. Documents (ads and articles) must be one of the following formats:
TEXT:   *.pub *.txt *.rtf *.doc Word, Microsoft Excel
PICTURE:    *.bmp *.gif *.jpeg *.tif
NOTE: IF STANDARD FONTS ARE NOT USED, YOUR FILE MAY NOT PRINT CORRECTLY!

Or you may send a hard copy, which will be scanned, but may not be high quality. Advertisements may be substituted during the year if you have purchased twelve months of advertising, as long as deadlines are met.
 

*Members receive four free classified ads (up to 25 words) per year. Classified ads (up to 25 words) for non-members and members having already reached their limit of four, will be $7 per month. Otherwise, classified ads which exceed 25 words will be $3 for each additional 25 word increment for all advertisers. CTDS assumes no responsibility for the claims made by advertisers. There are no refunds for classified advertisements.

Articles are due the 20th of each month and are published on a first submittal basis. Articles maybe divided over several newsletters depending upon space available. Articles submitted by CTDS members have priority over articles submitted by non-CTDS members. The Newsletter Editor will determine the size of unpaid submittals to the newsletter. The determination of size will be based upon space available on a case by case basis.
